Dealing with a break up can be really difficult. It's hard to deal with the change in life circumstances, the disappointment and massive stew of emotions that inevitably accompanies parting ways with someone about whom you care a great deal.

When things are gray and bleak like that, it can be hard to find the silver lining in the seemingly massive cloud. Everything looks a little ugly and it's troubling to suddenly realize that a relationship you wanted to continue is gone. It's sad.
