with slightly brighter colors then make sure that it matches
either your eyes or hair to offset the skin tone issue. Those
ladies with olive and tan skin you can get away with powdered
and medium colors. Use your eye and hair colors to know which
color schemes work best in this realm for you. Stay away from
pastels they will wash you out and make you look too plain.

or dark skin you have many options to work with. Pastels will
give your skin tone a drastic contrast. Use your eye color
