How
To Get Rid Of Crow’s Feet & Under Eye Wrinkles
When it comes to wrinkles, crow’s
feet and under eye wrinkles are the two most complained about and hardest
wrinkles to get rid of. Under eye wrinkles are considered acquired
wrinkles, when it comes to restorative art and facial featuring.
When it comes to the general idea behind under eye wrinkles,
we all feel the same: we simply want them gone.
Under eye wrinkles have the same
contributing factors as crow’s
feet. This includes but is not limited to age, smoking, dehydration
of the skin, squinting, smiling and many other facial movements.
There are many treatments on the market that many swear by.
One in particular offers a caffeinated remedy. This includes
a blend of sugars and other marketed ingredients that are rolled
on the skin around the eye. The way this works, is that when
caffeine is introduced to the skin around the eye, it only
has 1/8 of an inch of skin to work through. The caffeine is
forcing its way through the skin, and causes more blood to
be drawn to the area. When this occurs, the wrinkles seem to
plump outward, causing them to be less noticeable. The caffeine
in the sugars causes the blood to rush, therefore creating
a more healthful glow as well.
Under eye wrinkles are common
in women starting at age 30,
when the body begins to undergo major changes. There are many
steps in human growth, and the skin grows throughout our entire
lives. With age comes the possibility of wrinkles, but not
a guarantee. Taking care of the skin around the eyes starting
at a young age will help to avoid these deep set wrinkles.
However, if you are already past the 30 year mark, there are
still ways to avoid or even help get rid of these under eye
wrinkles.
If you are a smoker, reduce the amount you smoke or simply
drink an additional 3 glasses of water a day for every pack
of cigarettes you smoke. So if you smoke 2 packs a day, drink
a total of 14 glasses of water daily. This includes the 8 glasses
that physicians suggest you drink anyhow to keep healthy, hydrated
skin. Smoking draws moisture from the skin, especially from
the lips and face. This will not only help you avoid under
eye wrinkles but will help to get rid of those deep wrinkles
around the lips and mouth.
Microdermabrasion
kits that are sold on the market are not
as effective as professional sessions, but will work over time.
Continuous use of microdermabrasion will help to lessen the
sight of under eye wrinkles. A healthy intake of vitamins E
and D are great for the skin, and help it to regain some of
the natural elasticity that skin has in youth. Simply taking
a multivitamin that includes 100% of your daily vitamin E and
D, along with your 8 daily glasses of water will help to plump
those under eye wrinkles back out and cause them to be less
noticeable.
Although at this time there is no simple cure to get rid of
wrinkles without plastic surgery, under eye wrinkles can be
made so that they are less noticeable with diet and products.
Taking steps now to create a more wrinkle free appearance around
the eyes can take up to 10 years off the look of your skin,
and add layers of self confidence.
